Portcullis splice sites

Hi,

I'm very new to apollo/jbrowse, and I'm trying to understand how to create my tracks, and what's the best way to do it.

At the moment I'm struggling to understand how I create a splice site track generated with portcullis. It's a bed file format and here it's how it looks like.
