data.gsp not found

Hi all,

One of our organism in Apollo has started to show an empty annotation track.

The only thing which appears in /var/log/tomcat7/localhost.*.log is:

Jun 01, 2021 2:00:44 AM org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationContext log

INFO: GroovyPagesServlet: "/WEB-INF/grails-app/views/jbrowse/data.gsp" not found

How is it possible to fix it?

Hi Michal,

Is it possible the data directory for that organism has an extra directory inside it? It looks like this may have been a similar case that was caused by an extra subdirectory: http://gmod.827538.n3.nabble.com/Error-404-on-WEB-INF-grails-app-views-jbrowse-data-gsp-td4057101.html.

Do you think that these errors might cause the problem?

Hi Michał,

I don't think those warnings in the Developer Tools are related to your problem.
