Updated mailing list moved to google groups

Our mailing list has been moved to google groups and the default email is now (apo...@lbl.gov), though prior emails will be ported:

https://groups.google.com/a/lbl.gov/forum/#!forum/apollo

You can still search our archives via nabble: http://gmod.827538.n3.nabble.com/Apollo-f815553.html

And our github site has been unchanged (https://github.com/GMOD/Apollo). 

You should have been automatically migrated over here (if not, you won't be seeing this).
