[Deportation Data Updates]

EOIR released its regularly-posted dataset of immigration court cases today, with cases through June 1, 2026. We have now released a corresponding update of our simplified, processed version of the dataset for removal cases, designed to facilitate analysis, and our tool for viewing, filtering, and downloading the data.

In addition, we added two new variables to the processed data, deported_1 and deported_2, which represent the first and second choice country an immigration judge has ordered the noncitizen in the immigration case be deported or voluntarily depart to.
