ICE Data Update: Sep. 2023 through early June 2025

Hi all,The Deportation Data Project has received and posted updated individual-level data from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The new dataset was obtained through a FOIA lawsuit against ICE brought by the UCLA Center for Immigration Law and Policy, represented by Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP and the Law Office of Amber Qureshi.The new dataset covers September 2023 to early June 2025, and includes tables tracking ICE encounters, detainers, arrests, and detentions. As always, we welcome thoughts about the datasets and their shortcomings.Best,
