Removing streaming from board meetings makes them less accessible

I was disappointed to find out that the school board meeting tonight will not be streamed. The schedule of meetings for the year says clearly at the top "All meetings will be in person and live streamed via Zoom" but this meeting is being held at Chamisa, and Ms Guy reports that the technology is not available to stream from there.

I have very much appreciated being able to follow along with the board meetings over the last year and a half, as they have been streamed. Removing that option makes the meetings a lot less accessible, especially during a pandemic! I know several people who had planned to participate via Zoom but are not able to come in person due to health concerns.

Please consider that the demographics of the people at the meeting tonight are going to be different because of this limitation. Effectively, a whole group of people have been told they are no longer welcome. I hope that this will be reconsidered for the upcoming meetings at schools. Surely after a year and a half of streaming, google meets, online interactions, etc, this school district can figure it out.
