North Mesa Housing Project

Dear Board,

We live in Broadview on the North Mesa, and we are opposed to the development of this land for the following reasons:

1) Lack of transparency

2) Emergency evacuation be an absolute nightmare with only 2 outlets from this mesa to handle an additional 1000 people.

3) Lack of infrastructure.

4) MOU is too vague, this allows the County to do almost anything they want, which seem to be the norm these days.

5) Keep this as open space, we are taking away precious land from our wildlife.
