Good morning,
I need to voice my family's opposition to expanding the tennis courts in Western Area Park. The proposed area for construction is central to the design of the Western Area and would negatively affect the neighborhood by removing important (and beloved) green space, increasing noise and light pollution, and making the parks and trails in the area less enjoyable and usable. I urge the Council and School Board to consider alternate locations that would not negatively impact residents and park users in such an extreme manner.
