Dear School Board Members,

In response to the upcoming consideration of the North Mesa land, I would like to raise the following questions:

1) What other land (other than north mesa plot) does the school board own for possible future expansion?

2) What are the short (3-5yr) and long (10-20yr) term plans for LAPS school buildings based on replacement and expansion that are anticipated and how does this proposal align with these plans?

3) Has there been a "population study" as to the impact on the middle school and existing residents of north mesa with respect to issues such as traffic flow, evacuation (ie fire season), utility reliability and availability (snow plowing, internet, gas lines, etc)

4)  Could this land be used for projects more aligned with LAPS goals such as middle school expansion, extracurricular needs, etc.

I would like to request more formal research and reporting process be conducted prior to any further consideration of a MOA.
