We need in person school

To whom it may concern,

I need to add my voice to the discussion about having in person school. I'm a single mom to 5 kids, 4 who are registered for school in LAPS. I have 2 8th graders, a 5th grader at Aspen and a 3rd grader at Aspen. Two of my children have IEPs for severe dyslexia, an online platform for their schooling isn't working. One refuses to attend school now because of the frustration that comes from trying to read and participate online. My 3rd grader regularly screams about how hard school is right now and how much she hates it. Online schooling is ruining the joy she once had for school.

I'm a single mom with 5 kids, one is a 3 year old who's needs are not being met because I'm constantly working with the other 4 on their schooling. I'm supposed to start school next month myself.

I understand this is hard for everyone, I appreciate how hard everyone is working this isn't easy. I support the teacher voices in this discussion also, I want us all working together the good.
