I was unable to reply or correct my original comment. Apparently, I will not have a decrease, but an increase of $1700. I personally will not lose money, but my increase will be less than anticipated. I hope that is true of most staff, it would be worth investigating.
However, I am still not in favor of losing 5 planning days and the additional income I would receive if we kept a 195 day schedule.
