School calendar for laps

I am writing this email as a parent and as a school staff member. 

I am a full time employee with the school and I also do two other jobs beside that. 

For the purpose calendar my feedback is that I do not want fall break and I think we don’t need a full week of break for thanksgiving just to eat a dinner on one night we don’t need the whole week off. 

The reason I don’t want too many extra unnecessary breaks is that I don’t get paid during the breaks such as summer break, fall break, thanksgiving break , Christmas break , winter break and spring break that’s like 5 months of breaks without any pay and that’s extremely tough for me as a single parent and head of household. 

Unless school has us pay monthly fix salary I don’t think having so many breaks are necessary. 

Also It would be nice if we could work all the way through by June and go back in August 2nd week. I personally think that 2 days of staff PD day are enough one full week and then 2 more days just for staff of days aren’t needed. 

I don’t know if anyone even bother to read my email but I thought I should at least try to see if they would consider so that I wouldn’t have any regret that I didn’t express my opinion or feedback.
