Middle school announcement speakers

To whom it may concern,

We have lived in the Loma Linda area since 1986. The end of last school year and so far this year the announcement speakers are very loud. Several of the residents in the area are retired and do not want to spend their day listening to announcements, bells or worse, loud and irritating music. I would like to request that you redirect the speakers so they only reach the people who need to hear the announcements. I brought this up to the middle school principal at the end of last year but nothing was done.

I also brought to her attention the fact that one of our neighbors has built play ground type equipment on school property behind his house. I was told that was not the case. Recently the county was out for some other reason but confirmed it fact that is true. why is this ignored?
