Hello, I wanted to ask if we could revisit the current approach to non‑contract days. These days are challenging because we are unable to come to work and are also not receiving pay, which feels especially difficult during the holiday season.
I’d like to propose an alternative: allowing employees either to come to work or to use PTO on those days.
