President Ben-Naim and members of the board,
I am extremely disappointed on your decision not to take more time to make this important decision. You are all tired, and not at your best. Why wouldn’t you adjourn and try again when you are rested. Once again, a decision was rushed. I would rather have you make decisions at your best, which does not happen when you are exhausted. Please take this into consideration for future decisions.
