Hi Everyone -

On Wednesday, November 29th, at 7:30 pm, I'll be playing piano in this concert with soprano Michele Patzakis, called "Music from the Parlor," at the Ebell in Los Angeles. It's open to non-members as well as members of the Ebell. RSVP by emailing tic...@ebellofla.org to reserve your spot today.

I recently enjoyed playing and performing on stage in Ain't Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations and Disney's The Little Mermaid In Concert Live to Film.

In response to the situation in Israel, the recording artist Shmueli wrote and recorded a beautiful song and prayer called Yancha'l Hashem on Oct. 18th at 4 am in Israel, for which I was happy to produce piano, string, and percussion tracks. Shmueli also released his album Believe on streaming platforms, which I produced and arranged, featuring more than 40 top Los Angeles studio musicians, including a full string section and achingly beautiful songs.

In the last few weeks, I have released several recordings, including the timely pop song Stand Up (with Ryan Moore), a remastered version of my 2001 piano CD I Believe in Love (including a never-before-released bonus track), and the original 1997 TV pilot soundtrack of What's Shakin'.

You can read more about all of this on my web site: https://www.LAPianist.com/

I've also updated my web site to include easy access to music clips, my album discography, news release archive, contact info (to save to your phone), an album of wedding ceremony music recorded with Trumpet playe Chris Tedesco, and much more.

You can find me on most music streaming services, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Tidal

If you'd like to consider hiring me to arrange, orchestrate, produce, or play on your recording project, please see https://lapianist.com/orchestration-and-production-services/ (the password is available by clicking here)

Have a great Thanksgiving, and I hope to see you all soon!

Sincerely,
John
