Good Morning LPHS Band Families,
Our annual Fannie May Fundraiser was a smashing success:
· More than 75% of our band students participated in this fundraiser
· $27, 416 in gross sales (1,055 pounds of chocolate!)
· $13,708 deposited directly into student accounts!
· Our top seller sold 99 Boxes!
The chocolate will be delivered on MONDAY, November 4th and will be ready for pick-up right after school at WEST CAMPUS from 2:15-4:30pm. Orders will already be sorted for each student, and your order form will be attached for ease of delivery. Simply enter through the Main Entrance and head down to the WEST CAMPUS Band Room to pick up your order. Students with large orders should bring a buddy and plan to get a ride home.
I will need three parents to help organize the orders at 9:00am-9:45am on Monday, November 4th. This is not a hard job and requires no specialty skills—we just need to unpack the orders from the pallet and organize them alphabetically by student name! Please respond if you are able to help. As a reminder, this money can be used for trip fees, marching fees, guard fees, shoe/glove fees, mouthpieces, reeds, and private lessons!
