Dear friends this is a great time to eat light during the summer heat, learn how to prepare a very easy, tasty and fast dinner/lunch for you and your family.

We will learn how to prepare my Mom's zucchini frittata, a delicious and fresh grilled peaches salad and a Dulce de Leche crepe cake with meringue.
