The Public Works Crew will be flushing all of the fire hydrants along New Dam Road today, Thursday, November 13th.
During this process, you may notice temporary discoloration or brown water. This is normal and occurs when naturally occurring minerals in the pipes are stirred up. The water remains safe, but we recommend:
Avoid doing laundry until the water runs clear. Run your cold water taps for a few minutes if discoloration occurs.
