Setting up local AI dev/coding env --Help!!

Hi.

I'm posting, hoping to get some information, and hoping that this
question/thread might help others as well.

As a few of you might recall, I'm interested in playing a bit with AI.

The goal would be to actually build a few webapps/etc.

But, as I delve into the "world of AI", there's a lot here. And, as a
lot of articles/information has shown, the cost of this "agentic"
process can be extraordinarily high!!

When large operations are shifting their AI strategies, due to
costs... Things are going to get interesting!

So, my initial foray into looking into potentially using online
services for testing AI dev, didn't proceed very far. A small test
could be doable, but the chance of doing a larger ongoing
process/project, wouldn't be cost effective.

Which then leads me to investigating the possibility of setting up a
local AI/dev/test/review process.

Which is where this post, and the kyoss group comes in!

Are there any uses of the list, that would be willing to discuss what
would be needed for this kind of effort? I realize that the end
"price" would start with the input criteria, which would be what I'd
need to refine, given I'm not exactly sure I know what the input
criteria should be.

Different online postings/articles/etc have different thoughts.

What I do realize (I believe), is that this won't be a sub $5k process.

So, if anyone is willing to discuss, or knows someone I can talk to,
I'm ready to listen/learn!
