Hi.

Lurker here, followed the thread for a bit over time.

Thought I'd post to see if anyone might have pointers or thoughts on
some issues I'm grappling with.

Most software operations have processes/apps to help onboard new
devs/techs, as well as apps to aid with the software dev flow/process.
At the same time, you also have the project management functionality
as well.

I'm trying to find out if anyone knows of a "all-in-one" app that's
open source, that does this. Or if you have any pointers to a fee
based service/app that you may have knowledge of that I might be able
to check out.

And, if you don't have an all you can eat solution, if you have
insight/pointers to other open source web apps that might have part of
the overall process, I'd be interested in looking over the apps.

My basic goal(s)/use case:
new user/dev wants to sign up, be part of the dev team
user/dev goes through onboard process
-learns about the overall system, projects,
how this run, etc..
projMgrs sign up -- similar needs as the dev, except they
more or less run projects
-able to pick/request a given project to work on/manage
-able to "recruit" a given dev at times..
-manages/tracks project -- checkbox/status/review/etc..
projectManagement funcs -- what the projMgr user uses
to manage the proj

the overall system would tie into the dev/docs/version control/github/etc..

any pointers would be accepted!
