Announcement: New Workflow for AI Conformance Requirements Discussion

Hi folks,

Per our last meeting, we're updating our process for discussing AI conformance requirements.

• Async Discussions → GitHub Issues: All initial discussions and feedback should now happen in the issues within the kubernetes-sigs/wg-ai-conformance repository. Please share your thoughts by commenting on the relevant issue.
• Live Discussions → Resolve & Finalize: The weekly live meetings will be dedicated to resolving open questions and finalizing requirements that have been discussed asynchronously on GitHub.

I've updated the workflow in the README. Please use GitHub for all new feedback. Thanks!
