[Action Required] Please populate your emails into sigs.yaml

Hi folks, I've been working on addressing https://github.com/kubernetes/steering/issues/281 – In order to be able to sync you all into the CNCF's maintainers list we need to be able to provide emails and github handles for each lead (some things will be done via email, some will point to your github accounts).

PLEASE take a moment over the coming weeks to PR your email into sigs.yaml following the merge of https://github.com/kubernetes/community/pull/8138. Apologies in advance for the merge conflicts on the initial backfill. Please bear with us.

For more details on why this is important, please see the above issue, but if you don't have time, please just send the kubernetes/community PR with your email and we'll follow up once the emails are collected. 

NOTE: These will NOT be generated into the SIG READMEs, they will only be in the sigs.yaml file and used to sync out to this list, CNCF maintainer list, etc. We are not intending to point users at these emails, but we do need to collect them for syncing to official maintainer mailinglists.
