Proposing the following as the election committee for the upcoming steering election.

Josh Berkus : Elekto Operator
Noah Kantrowitz : Voter Rolls
Arnaud Meukam: Non-voting member, SIG Infra Liaison

Note:
- We only have one election officer who has served before
