Hey all!

It's the time of the release I'm in search for volunteers to be KEP wranglers. If you're unfamiliar, a KEP wrangler is someone who volunteers to usher the KEPs we're working on, working with authors and SIG leaders to ensure deadlines are met and KEPs progress in a timely manner. hey Jay!

Thanks for your interest. There should not be much skill required to be honest. The majority of the role is staying attentive to the feature deadlines, or slack notifications. I'll make a group chat and will communicate expectations and requirements. My hope is the barrier to entry is very low.

I recommend signing up and you can take wrangle KEPs to begin. If there are parts of the process that feel inaccessible, I'm happy to help and generally would love to hear that perspective to make the program more accessible.

We have had a good experience with this program in the past two releases. We may need to start a page highlighting wranglers to make it more glamorous.
