[ANNOUNCE] Node Readiness Controller v0.3.0 is released

Hi all,

We are announcing the release of Node Readiness Controller v0.3.0. This release focuses on security hardening and observability of the controller.

Highlights

• Made `NodeReadinessRule` spec fields as immutable and tightened RBAC for better security posture.
• Integrated constrained impersonation for secure node status updates.
• Added new node events for managed taint operations.
• Improved `readiness-condition-reporter` stability with graceful shutdown and context propagation.
• Added support for static pod installation flows for control-plane nodes.
• Addressed vulnerabilities with Golang and OTEL SDK updates.
