I am reaching out to request for an exception for the following:

Reason this enhancement is critical for this milestone: Pod-level resources are currently beta (since 1.34), but the feature's full graduation depends on the 'In-Place Pod-Level Resources Resize' beta. By prioritizing these bug fixes, we can expedite the GA process for both Pod-level resources and this KEP.

Risks from adding code late: Medium; Pod-level resources is an opt-in feature as it requires setting pod-level resources explicitly in pod spec even after feature gate is enabled. KEP 5419 is to enable resizing of pod-level resources so the impact is limited. The PRs fix bugs and tests will go through multiple rounds of reviews. 

Risks from cutting enhancement: Cutting this enhancement risks delaying critical feedback for KEP 2837 (Pod-level resources), as its effective utilization depends on resize support. Furthermore, this would directly postpone the GA timeline for both KEPs.
