KEP 5526 exception request

Hi,

This is an exception request for the docs freeze for KEP #56828 Pod Level Resource Managers.

Some context: the KEP was in discussions for a few releases and was merged in time for code freeze. After the merge, there were a series of stakeholders vacations that results in a missing a deadline for fixing some critical bugs and polishing a sizeable docs PR. This resulted in a change of a default value for the Feature Gate to disable. This exception request is for docs merge.

- Enhancement name: KEP #56828 Pod Level Resource Managers.
- Enhancement status (alpha/beta/stable): beta, default false
- SIG: Node
- k/enhancements repo issue #:#56828 
- PR #’s: https://github.com/kubernetes/website/pull/56828 (this is a taken over PR #56359 
- Additional time needed (in calendar days, due end of day AoE): 2 days
- Reason this enhancement is critical for this milestone: the ability to use Pod level resources alongside the resource managers is important to run HPC workloads and long awaited feature.
- Risks from adding code late: this is the request for docs.
- Risks from cutting enhancement: KEP implementation is large and will not be easy to remove. We already disabled it by default

I estimate the exception in 2 days as the original PR already received detailed review and I polished it to comply with the styleguides after reviews. Also technical lgtm is already recieved. But the estimate is heaviliy dependant on sig docs approvers availability.
