Gateway API Inference Extension Meetings

The current Gateway API Inference Extension project meetings are owned by WG-Serving. Since the project is no longer owned by WG-Serving, can a SIG-Network chair create the calendar and zoom meeting for the project?

There are more sub-tasks than that I think. 
we need to make sure recordings continue, we need to create a dedicated playlist for our project including all the past meetings (that are currently uploaded under wg-serving) and the new recordings (that will be under sig-net).

Then another sub-task for us is to update the repo with the meeting details accordingly. 
Maybe we can loop in Chat Crowell, who originally helped us set the recordings and playlists.
