Kubecon US Project Kiosk - Sign for interest

Hi all,

As mentioned in our sig meeting today, SIG ContribEx is coordinating Kubernetes project participation for the KubeCon NA 2026 Project Pavilion.

This is a per-SIG effort and must be consolidated, this way, I wanted to ask the other SIG-Network subprojects, related working groups, etc to sign your subproject and who is signing for it on https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sP9EVIWmtOjPU0QgJcDdBbYU7TC7luRMdJVBbU_EZtE/edit?usp=sharing

Deadline for form submission to sig-contribex is on July 19th, so please fill the form by 16th of July.

Bumping this again, there are only two persons enlisted, does not feel it has critical mass to support a kiosk request.

Since there may be some confusion, signing on the spreadsheet is necessary to indicate interest and evaluate our request for kiosk time. It is by no means a hard commitment; it's more of an "if I can travel I will like to help" indicator.

If you look at the form one of the section provides guidance on the minimum number of people needed for each staffing option:

Please select your preferred amount of Kiosk staffing time. Your kiosk will need to be staffed for the full time it is open during Kubecon.*

Morning, Afternoon, and All Day Kiosks are open every day Kubecon Tuesday-Thursday.  Single-shift Kiosks have one 3.5 to 4.5-hour shift.   Recommended minimum staffing levels by timeslot:

• All Day: 9 group members
• Mornings or Afternoons: 6 group members
• Single Shift: 2 group members
