Cluster API v1.10.9, v1.11.4 and v1.12.0 have been released! 

This release was focused on adding/improving existing features and stability of CAPI.

• There were total of 298 new commits, 5 breaking changes, 42 feature additions and 42 bugs fixed for v1.12.0
• There were total of 19 new commits and 4 bugs fixed for v1.11.4
• There were total of 10 new commits and 1 bug fixed for v1.10.9
