Upgrading Kubernetes Netlify Build Images

Hi Kubernetes community,

The Kubernetes project uses the Netlify platform to host documentation sites. Almost all of the Kubernetes Netlify projects currently use Ubuntu 20.04 as the build image, which Netlify will stop supporting on January 1, 2026. We will upgrade the build image for the 47 Kubernetes Netlify projects from Ubuntu 20.04 to Ubuntu 24.04 this week and conclude by November 21, 2025.
