Hi Kubernauts, SIGs, WGs, Committees, and Subprojects,

This is a final reminder that requests for the KubeCon NA 2026 Project Pavilion and onsite PR support program are currently open.

If your SIG, WG, Committee, or Subproject would like to participate in the Project Pavilion, or if your group has a significant announcement planned for KubeCon and would like PR assistance, please complete the form by July 19, 2026.

Please submit one response per participating group.

The information collected through this form will help:

Confirm participating groups
Coordinate pavilion logistics and planning
Ensure accurate representation for KubeCon NA
Streamline communication with participating teams
