Deadline Approaching: KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025 - Project Opportunities CFP + Interest Form

 The deadline to submit both a CFP for Maintainer Track, ContribFest, and Project Lightning Talk as well as the interest form for a Project Pavilion kiosk and PR support is Wednesday, 11 December.

Dear CNCF Chairs and Project Maintainers,    KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025 will be taking place on 1-4 April 2025 in London, England. We invite CNCF Chairs of TAGs and SIGs and Maintainers from graduated, incubating, and sandbox projects to review and sign-up for the project opportunities at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2025.  Maintainer Summit (31 March) - an exclusive event for the people behind our projects to gather face-to-face, collaborate, and celebrate the projects that make “Cloud Native”. Submit Project Lightning Talks (1 April) - Projects will have the opportunity to showcase their recent updates, features, and other highlights to their peers via 5 minute lightning talks. Submit Maintainer Track (2 - 4 April) - Leaders of CNCF Graduated and Incubating Projects and Activities can submit to host one 35-minute session during KubeCon + CloudNativeCon within the Maintainer Track. Submit Contribfest (2 - 4 April) - 90-minute in-person sessions designed to provide projects with the space and resources to tackle outstanding technical debt, security issues, or outstanding impactful feature requests. Submit Project Pavilion Kiosk (2-4 April) - A kiosk provides the opportunity for the project to have an ambassador and/or maintainer available to engage and collaborate with attendees in-person. (23:59 CEST).   *We recommend you submit during wave 1 if you need to apply for scholarship funding and/or need additional time for company travel approvals.
