Hello all,

the working group hasn't met on Zoom for a while now and only
occasionally used the Slack channel. Most of the work has moved to SIGs
or is driven by individual contributors. For example, SIG Node is
actively updating log calls and I am updating client-go. Therefore I am
proposing to spin down the Structured Logging WG.

SIG Instrumentation will take over whatever coordination is going to be
needed and owns tooling like the logcheck linter. The SIG also takes
care of the two KEPs in this space (structure logging [1], contextual
logging [2]). The "area/logging" label replaces the
"wg/structured-logging" label for tracking issues and PRs.

Thanks everyone who has helped modernizing logging in Kubernetes!

If I don't hear otherwise within a week, I'll file the PRs to remove the
WG starting January 27th (= lazy consensus date).
