[PLEASE READ] Voting for a new SIG Release meeting time

Hello kubefolx,
It's been a while since we had a Doodle about the SIG Release meeting time. Availabilities change a lot over the time, and we have observed a lower attendance number and quite a lot of meeting cancellations. We decided to put this Doodle up to see if we can find a better time slot. Aside from that, we’re introducing some changes to the meeting organization that are outlined below.

Note: this is only about the main SIG Release meeting, the Release Team meetings are not covered/affected by this Doodle.
The time slots in the Doodle were selected based on the SIG Release Leads availability to ensure we avoid meeting cancellations as a result of having no consensus or no one to host the meeting.
The following changes will be introduced along with the new meeting time:
We’re reducing the meeting cadency from weekly to bi-weekly. At the moment, we don’t have a lot of topics to discuss in the main SIG Release meeting, so meetings are often very short. Reducing to bi-weekly could help us to collect more topics and have more meaningful discussions.
We’ll stop doing the alternating meeting times, there’ll be only one meeting time. We observed that having the alternating meeting times have significant effects on the attendance numbers, making it hard to reach the consensus. Instead, we’ll try to find a single meeting time that works for most of our members and contributors.
The deadline for voting is August 3, 2025, by end of the day AOE (Anywhere on Earth). We’re planning to put this change in effect starting from the week of August 18, 2025.
