Node Lifecycle WG

Hi all,

We have received a lot of good feedback on the new Node Lifecycle WG and are coordinating with all the stakeholder SIGs. The next step is to schedule the first meeting!

We will use the first meeting or two to finalize the WG proposal https://github.com/kubernetes/community/pull/8396 to ensure that the goals are well defined and prioritized. Subsequent meetings will be dedicated to the WG topics.

Voting is closed and we will have our first meeting on Monday. As mentioned before, we will use the first meeting to finalize the proposal and talk about the goals.
