Nominating Mario Fahlandt for SIG ContribEx Co-Chair

Hey folks,

With my strongest endorsement, I nominate Mario (@mfahlandt) as an additional Co-Chair for SIG ContribEx.

Since joining the Kubernetes project, Mario has worked in various areas across the project and has taken on a number of evergreen tasks on an ongoing basis. Mario helped with both of the Contributor summits this year as Day of Ops (EU) or overall Lead (NA).
Mario has already taken on some organizational tasks for ContribEx, like gathering statistics, planning Social media campaigns for KubeCons, and leading the New Contributor Orientation meeting for APAC & EMEA. Mario is a trusted member of the community who has been doing great work.

At this time no Chairs are stepping down, but given the ever-growing range of responsibilities of ContribEx, we believe it is important to share the weight across another pair of shoulders. Mario has additionally shadowed the current chairs for around 3 months.

We will have a lazy consensus period of at least one week per the leadership changes guidelines.
