Hello and welcome to the CI Signal report for the Kubernetes 1.26 release cycle. This is week 13 of the release cycle!

Just to note that, v1.26.0-rc.1 is delayed by one day (11/30) due to issues encountered during the release process. For more, you may look over slack discussion.
The next release cut v1.26.0 is planned on 2022-12-06. As the release cut is in a few days, expect to see a message in #release-ci-signal to give a go or no-go signal from one of the members of the CI Signal Team.
Overall status is 🟡 Yellow. We currently see 0 failing jobs on master-blocking and 1 failing job on master-informing. Also we are observing 1.26-blocking & 1.26-informing.
