CNCF Maintainer Summit India 2024: CFP is open!

We’re excited to announce that the Call for Proposals (CFPs) [1] for the first ever CNCF Maintainer Summit 2024 is open! The event will take place in Delhi, India on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024. 🌟

The CNCF Maintainer Summit [2] is an exclusive event for the people behind our projects to gather face-to-face, collaborate, and celebrate the projects that make “Cloud Native”. The summit will happen alongside KubeCon + CloudNativeCon India, at the Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Centre) [3]. This year’s summit will be focused on sharing best practices, diving into contributing processes, and solving common problems across projects to enrich our great community of maintainers!

  For the Kubernetes project, it means the in-person attendance is limited to all the Org members.
  If you’re an active contributor, but not yet a member, please consider applying for Org membership [6]. We’re always looking for new contributors!

If you possess insights, fresh ideas, or topics you think would be of interest to the members of the Kubernetes organization, do apply! We’d love to hear from you! Submit your session proposal under any of the categories listed here [1]. We encourage all interested parties to submit proposals that are relevant and thought-provoking for our community. 📋✨ 

Please fill out the Call For Proposals form [7] to submit your CFP. Submissions are being accepted through Sunday, 29 September 2024. (23:59 IST)

Important Dates for CFP:

• Maintainer Summit (MS) CFP Closes: Sunday, September 29th, 2024, 23:59 IST

• MS Speaker Notifications: Monday, October 14th, 2024

• MS Schedule Announced: Wednesday, October 16th, 2024

Please note: Acceptance of a CFP for the Maintainer Summit does not grant a ticket to KubeCon. You will need to purchase a ticket to KubeCon to attend the Maintainer Summit.
