The release cycle will begin next week on "Monday, 4th September, 2023" and we’re targeting "Tuesday, December 5th, 2023" for the final release cut.
The tentative major milestones for the 1.29 release[1] are following:
- Release Cycle begins: Monday, 4th September, 2023
- Enhancements Freeze: 01:00 UTC, Friday, 6th October, 2023
- Code Freeze: 01:00 UTC, Wednesday, 1st November, 2023
- Release Day: Tuesday, December 5th, 2023
