[Announcement] April Patch Release Schedule Change

Hello kubefolx,

I wanted to share that we will be cutting the April patch releases *1* day early, on April 16th instead of April 17th. 

We made this decision because the v1.30.0 release is also scheduled for April 17th. Cutting the patch releases and the v1.30.0 release on the same day is pretty time consuming and introduces some risk that one or more will not complete during the scheduled period, especially if we encounter any issues. In order to ensure we have a successful v1.30.0 release, we decided to move the patch releases up by one day. The cherry pick deadline, which is tomorrow (April 12th), remains unchanged.

There is a PR[1] open to update the patch release schedule to reflect this.
