Kubernetes v1.32.11 has been delayed

Dear Kubernetes community,

Unfortunately, we have to delay the Kubernetes v1.32.11 release due to technical issues with the infrastructure used for testing this release. As a result of that, most of the tests for this release branch have failed to run, and we need these tests to be confident that the release is in a good shape to be used by users.

At this time, we don't have an ETA for this release, but we hope we'll be able to release it over the next week.

We'll try our best to keep y'all updated. Until then, you can also follow our #release-management Slack channel for more information. If you have any questions, please let us know.
