Hello Kubernetes Developers,

SIG-Testing has been alerted about a vulnerability with Gubernator (gubernator.k8s.io) and has decided to turn it down effective immediately. Gubernator is the deprecated log viewer that was used before Prow learned to display its own job logs. Besides acting as a log viewer, Gubernator also exposed a dashboard for pull request authors to find PRs that may need their attention. The Gubernator PR dashboard has seen minimal usage while prow.k8s.io/view/ replaced Gubernator's log viewer, so we hope and expect that disabling Gubernator will be minimally disruptive.
