[Action Required] KubeCon Project Pavilion and PR Sign-Up for Kubernetes Groups

Hi Kubernauts, SIGs, WGs, and Members!

SIG ContribEx is coordinating Kubernetes project participation for the
KubeCon NA 2026 Project Pavilion and its onsite PR program, taking place
November 10-12, 2026. CNCF has transitioned ownership of this
coordination process to the Kubernetes community, and going forward SIG
ContribEx will help manage pavilion participation and logistics.

If your SIG, WG, Committee, or Subproject would like to participate in
the Project Pavilion, please complete the registration form below by
July 19, 2026. This form should also be used to request PR Assistance
if your group has something major to announce at Kubecon.

The information collected through this form will help:

* Confirm participating groups
* Coordinate pavilion logistics and planning
* Ensure accurate representation for KubeCon NA
