[Action Required] SIG/WG Annual Reports

Hi all, 

It's that time of year again to fill in annual reports.  For a few years we use the simplified template, 

which focuses on two key questions:

1. What work did the SIG do this year that should be highlighted?
2. Are there any areas and/or subprojects that your group needs help with (e.g. fewer than 2 active OWNERS)?

Annual report templates are live and we're asking SIGs to please submit by February 28th

for reviews and approvals. We'll send a reminder again, but please start drafting these as soon as you can :-) 

Reminder, reports don't have to be submitted by SIG/WG chairs, feel free to nominate candidates among your

contributors, this is a great way to grow your new leads.
