July Patch Releases Delayed One Week

Hey kubefolx,

I'm reaching out on behalf of SIG Release.  

I'd like to share that we have decided to make a change to the July patch releases. There is a Go update being released on 07/02, along with a holiday in the US on 07/04, so we have decided to shift the July patch releases from July 9th to July 16th (a one week delay). 

This will also shift the cherry pick deadline to July 12th.
