[ANNOUCEMENT] Call for 1.24 Enhancements

Hello Kubernetes community,

TL;DR: Please ensure your SIG submits your enhancements and satisfies review requirements by Enhancements Freeze on 18:00 PT Thursday February 3rd.

With the start of the 1.24 release cycle, enhancements opting in must be tracked by the Enhancements Team on the enhancements tracking sheet and satisfy requirements by 18:00 PT Thursday February 3rd  with PRR soft freeze on Thursday January 27th.

SIG leads should add information to the "KEP Collection" tab, entering:

• The GitHub Issue number from k/enhancements

• The enhancement's name

• The enhancement's assignee

• The owning SIG

• If docs will be required or not

• A link to the KEP (if merged) or KEP pull request (if unmerged)

Enhancement authors should ensure that their enhancements meet the requirements, including:

• Have a GitHub Issue in the k/enhancements GitHub repository.

• Has a merged KEP in k/enhancements GitHub repository that:

• Is marked as "implementable" for the 1.24 cycle

• Has a documented design

• Has a test plan

• Has graduation criteria

• Has an approved Production Readiness Review
