Revisiting the Community Meeting Concept (Governance)

Hello!

We in SIG Contributor Experience have been discussing changes to the monthly community meeting as we move into the new year, and as this is a governance-related issue, we need more discussion from the whole project. We want thoughts from folks regarding these potential changes, including ideas on how we can address some needs in the community while fixing some issues we've been having with the community meeting itself.
