[Announcement] Kubernetes 1.24.10 Patch Release Is Delayed

Hello,

Please be advised that the Kubernetes v1.24.10 patch release has been delayed until tomorrow 19 January 2023. During the release process, we encountered an issue with image promotion and we have decided to postpone the patch release until tomorrow. 

The v1.23.16, v1.25.6 and v1.26.1 patch releases were released today on time and you can find the respective notices for those here:
